We hope you love your Studio 18 piece. If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. We ask that items are returned in their original packaging where possible, or otherwise packaged securely and appropriately to protect them during transit.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Studio 18 cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has consequently been reduced.
